Translator's Note. As the Chinese Martial Arts , especially Shaolin Wushu, are seldom interpreted into English, I even got none hope reference except the thin book "English-Chinese&. Chinese-English Wushu Glossary". I cannot absolutely guarantee the accuracy of my translation. The most I can do is to assure the readers that my renderings are reasonable attempts. And the translations of the Book were sent to be vetted by my dear teacher Yang Yinrong, who gave me much help.
